Would have been across the board 4 star but the pool needed to be cleaned, but the warm water/hot tub enclosed area was perfect for the chilly day and visiting with friends.

Great place to stay just outside downtown Gunnison (less than 2 miles). Front clerk was friendly and professional. Grounds were a little aged but clean and very comfortable. Bed was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and convenient motel, helpful desk staff, nice breakfast options. A visit to a bygone era of roadside motels with parking right outside the room, very convenient when on a ski trip with lots of things to bring inside.

Excellent and friendly service. The hotel is older, but the upkeep is very good. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered more than expected - hot and cold foods. I will return here on future visits:)
