We loved this find. Clean & comfortable. The staff was wonderful and represented the business very well! They had a nice breakfast and great outdoor spaces. We are recommending to my mother and my sister’s family who will be coming to the area later.

We liked how rustic it was but lots of simple improvements would make it so much better. Stained carpet, holes in window screens, vending machine broken down, floors and walls seemed very thin. Loud stomping from the upper floor.

We enjoyed our stay at this Gunnison property. The workout room was not in service but the pool and hot tub were relaxing. The atmosphere was quite peaceful.

I was pleasantly surprised that when the door was closed, the noise from the party out front was non-existent. They have done extensive upgrades to the interior furnishings.
The only problem was we had a second floor room. They have no elevator and I do not do stairs at all well. I did manage to not fall, but we made reservations early enough, if we had known to ask for a ground floor room, this could have been avoided. I'm sure they don't want guests getting hurt and the attending liability.

Disappointed because the grounds were beautiful. There was a missing screen on the front window. The walkway to the rooms was dirty. To turn on and adjust the air conditioner you had to climb on top of the sink. There was no remote to operate it and I am 73 years old. The room and furniture were old and scuffed and mismatched. But the bed was comfortable.

The lobby was very nice. Great hot breakfast complimentary. Friendly staff. It is out of the main town, but it was quiet and safe. The room was outdated and they didn’t have a towel bar where the sink was located.

The rooms are definitely dated, but they seem very clean. We did a bed bug check and feel everything was safe and very clean. The rooms are old, but we're comfortable and were happy with what we got for the price!

Attention to detail in cleaning the room prior to stay. Sheet had an old stain on it. At the topnof rhe sheet and missed an wrapped behing a chair. Otherwise good. The sheets would have been better off in the teash then putting the clean sheet with the old stain on. Biggest takeaway. Otherwise a nice stay.
