The property was very clean and staff was very nice. Room was running late and they gave me a free drink voucher which helped.

This hotel was awesome. It's clean and modern. The girl at the front desk was so nice. Also, the vibe was cool as soon as I walked in, from the bar area to the room (in which one of the walls was a full black and white mural). Definitely would stay again!

Comfortable beds and room, BIG tv, coffee and bar in room. Nice bar, with good food. My only complaint is there is no light breakfast option.

Classy property, Very friendly and welcoming staff. I was given a free upgrade to a corner suite, which was much appreciated. Bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean. My only minor complaint would be the lack of on-site parking. It wasn't an issue for me because I received free valet parking as an Expedia Silver level member. Valet staff was outstanding though. I just prefer not to valet park. This was second stay here. Would stay here again at the right price point.

We had a fantastic stay at the Iron Horse Hotel! Every staff person was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to take care of anything we needed…..no matter what their job was! Hannah (I believe she was the supervisor of the housekeeping service) took such good care of my older parents, she was amazing!

The Iron Horse does a lot right. But there is a "lipstick on a pig" vibe regardless. First off, the staff are VERY friendly. The front desk person and bartender were very welcoming. SKIP the valet parking - it's $44 and the parking structure spots, just spitting distance from the hotel, are $16/night. In our room, the hot water on the sink and the jets in the tub were broken. The beds and sheets are SUPER comfortable. The cabinet housing the fridge was falling apart - with the particle board disintegrating. Breakfast was overpriced and very gross. Watery/salty eggs. I would opt for a nearby breakfast elsewhere - there are many options.

We had an amazing stay at the Iron Horse Hotel. Everything from the condition of the room, the service staff, and the bartender was excellent. The hotel is a quick easy walk to the Harley Museum.

Stylish, masculine, with a dash of industrial. We really enjoyed this hotel. Look forward to coming back after winter! We definitely did not take advantage of offered amenities (coffee and breakfast brought to room, massages, etc) but will next time!

I love this hotel, my only complaint is parking…. Valet parking is always a choir to deal with. It’s supposed to be free with my Gold status and they won’t give me my car until I jump through hoops.

Great experience great staff stayed there for 10 days. Highly recommend Tim at the bar Kaitlin at the bar Devon at the bar Tammy Acacia at the front desk. Just a wonderful time.

The room itself was very nice. Great bed, good temperature control, and good soft carpet. Mini bar and snack prices were very reasonable. We stayed on New Year's Eve and received free passes to a 1st floor party, but it was one those loud parties where you can't even talk to the person next to you, and that's not our scene so we skipped it. There was a design flaw in our room with a frosted glass wall between the main area and shower. There's no way to use the bathroom without lighting the whole room up and disturbing your partner that's still in bed. It would have been nice to have more than one USB charging port in the room on the clock radio. The TV was mounted on the wall crooked and the desk lamp was broken. The TV said it had a guide, purchase menu, and streaming apps available but none of these worked. There clearly used to be a box connected to the TV to run these things but it was removed. All you could do was scan through the channels with no guide, you couldn't even select an HDMI input to hook up your own devices. They allow dogs but charge you $100 for the pleasure, which seems excessive. That should be a refundable deposit if no damage occurs. Right now it's no different than a resort fee. It's modern, it's downtown, it's built from an old factory across from the Harley Davidson factory. All those are cool things, but for the price I expected more.
