Great spot to stay, a shuttle was available to get into town but having a car was nice. Pool and hot tub were nice, sauna didn't heat up. Overall great stay, Only issue with the room was the towel hangers in the bathroom, there was only one which I felt there could have been more

While our stay was generally good the customer service at the Lodge was very disappointing. On the day we checked out we accidentally forgot three jackets in the closet. Immediately on discovering this and only a few hours after we left we called the hotel and informed them of this and asked them to contact housekeeping and locate our jackets. We ultimately talked to four different people at the front desk over two days trying to locate our jackets, and then later left a review on the hotel's own review page, and still have not gotten any follow up or response to our request for assistance. Overall I was left with the impression that the hotel has no real policy to deal with this common occurrence and does not consider it to be a priority. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years and have never had such lack of service and follow through; normally in my experience the hotel will reach out to me and work to address the issue. For this reason we were left with a very poor impression of the hotel and its level of customer service.

Everything was so clean, nice and the service was great. We were able to get extra blankets, towels and hangers on short notice. The breakfast was good but it is $5 per person, not free. The location is good and so are the amenities.

Really nice place - good shuttle service to the mountain. It is a bit far from 'downtown' but the free on-demand driver will take you and pick you up wherever you need to go - so we really enjoyed staying there.

Loved our stay at the lodge! My husband and I were vacationing for our baby moon. We thought the area was very conveniently located, safe, and easy to get around. Free parking is a plus. We enjoyed the heated pool as well.

Great place. Staff at breakfast in the morning are a little pushy when time comes to clean the tables, as if they were paid by the number of plates they remove. They take the plates away from you when you are still chewing... Kind of bizzare. Other than that the place is great.

VERY convenient location for pretty much anything and everything you would want to do in Jackson, WY. They had easily accessible shuttles to ski locations, as well as a hotel shuttle for local dining and shopping. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nice place to stay for a ski/snowboard getaway at Jackson Hole. Rome was clean, but not cleaned daily. Hot tub was cold on my last day which was kind of a bummer, but would stay here on my next visit.
