I stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Hole for three nights. It was my first time visiting Jackson and I was not disappointed. My room was beautiful, clean, and had every amity I could want, plus some! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The $5 breakfast buffet was a nice surprise that I definitely took advantage of. They also offered to-go picnic-type meals that you order the night before and pick up in the morning before you leave to go explore the area. It was also just outside of the busy area of town, which I liked. I have nothing negative to say. It was a great experience and I hope to go back!

Stacey at the front desk went out of her way to make our experience amazing. We had a large group and they provided a small conference room for us to visit in and play games.

We booked this stay on the assumption that the hotel was pet friendly. It was not. We had to make arrangements to make sure our dog was comfortable outside of the hotel the one night we stayed here. Nice hotel, but hotels.com needs to update the amenities information.

I like to choose this property (when I can afford it) because of the sauna and the pools. Kids really love the pool that goes both indoor and outdoor. Recently, also shopped at the little places around the area and found the most amazing artisan food, all within walking distance, all delicious!

This wasnt the typical stay at this location. Gym closed/restaurant closed/hot tub not working and finally ice machine broken (3rd floor) Room was nice and clean that was it. Not worth the rate and resort fee's this time.
