Bed was comfy. I’m happy the room had a mini fridge & microwave. The bathroom was nice & remodeled and had plenty of towels. The pool was nice. The gym was nice.

Like the area but they overbook snd weren't accommodating to handicap guests. No extra paper and pen in desks shower caps needed extra towels and bath mats

My favorite thing about this hotel was all the playfully carved bears and critters peeking in windows, raiding the trash can, etc ~ whimsical. But also, the room was comfortable and we appreciated the elevator to the second floor. Decent hot breakfast buffet for small price and restaurants within walking distance.

It was nice the property was walking distance to some restaurants. It was not in the main downtown so it was less crowded but it also meant not walkable to the downtown stuff. Wished the breakfast was a little more consistent - the kids were so excited with the yummy muffins one morning and then so disappointed when they weren’t there the next. And no hot carb - pancake / waffle or anything (one open / empty warming tray each time we were there). Enjoyed the wooded carvings throughout, felt very woodsy.

Overall great!. The bed was perfect, clean, and inviting room. I felt in the evening, dinner time, the restaurant wasnt so inviting. The restaurant didnt have a host, lights werent on, bar tender wasn't inviting. Breakfast there was amazing, plenty of staff, plenty of food.

It was a nice place, you can tell it was remodel but the bathroom was not clean and the shower head was coming out of the wall. Also no cleaning service on my second day. Restaurant was very good, the buffet breakfast was good too. Staff were nice too.

The hotel has a wonderful ambiance, with many wonderful photographs in the theme of the area, attractive fixtures, comfortable rooms, etc. Where it falls apart is in the dining room. First is the odd $5 charge - unexpected at this rack rate. Next, many of the chairs are very worn and need of replacement. Unforgivable is that ALL the prepared food (including otherwise welcome fresh vs. dehydrated eggs) was room temperature. It did the otherwise delicious food a disservice. The room is adequately staffed - those folks need to spend more time replenishing the containers with hot food.
