The hotel has a great ambiance and is uniquely decorated consistent with the building's original use, with sculptures made of books and library reading tables in the lobby. The rooms are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very walkable, though a little sketchy at night. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I do agree with another reviewer that ther rooms could be better insulated from noise. We would stay here again.

This property was actually pretty amazing. We went down there for the Philadelphia super bowl party and after party.
Hotel was great. Food was great. The room was amazing.

Stayed in 2 different rooms. One had water ice bucket water 2 glasses. The next one with city view no ice bucket no glasses. Not even the same comforter. Nice view but the room sucked for the value.

The hotel was in the perfect location in the city. The room was very spacious but I did run into issues with the tub getting clogged. The receptionist Diana was so rude and unkind, poor customer service.

Shower sprayed water out on floor do leaking. A huge stain on the ceiling I got look at while in bed. The plastic handle on the toilet making the toilet run forever. Also it took 15 min for valet to come get the car no assistance with luggage. Also my wife tried to check us in . This came with a variety questions an lead to me ultimately coming and having to check us in
