We loved the hotel. It was gorgeous. One of the most beautiful lobbies I have ever seen. The problem is that we stayed on the 8th floor right above an events hall on the 7th floor that was hosting a wedding till midnight. They had a dj and we heard everything. There was even vibration. It was hard to hear tv at times and we couldn't fall asleep till after midnight. Very frustrating considering we had to be up at 5:30am to get ready for 7:30 church services. We really like everything else about the hotel, but our location of our room sucked.

The Checking staff and front were very helpful.
The restaurant in the morning was so backed up they said 45- 1 hour wait. Ridiculous on Sunday AM. They said lobby had same menu. We went to lobby and found a dirty table and waited 20-25 min and no one came to take our order. I asked at the bar in lobby and they said there was a server but he/she could not be found. We left and ate somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Mechi and Rishav were very efficient and quite lovely at the front desk. A very nice first impression. The hotel is beautiful and still very tech current. Food at Mason Street Grille is delicious and the service is impeccable. My husband and I will definitely be returning in the near future.
