Only place I book for my husband and i’s weekend getaway trips. Walking distance to the beach, awesome fishing and restaurants. The employees are always friendly and welcoming.

Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Theres a little outside coffee shop right next to the hotel. Excellent places to eat nearby. Will definitely book here again in the future. Very happy with the room. My wife loved how comfortable the beds are.

Never used the pool because it was dirty, even the maid agreed that it was a little green , my wife was very disappointed by this! Also the water pressure in the shower was very little and the sink faucet was loose . One of the beds mattresses seen better days , like sleeping in a hole , mgmt was told and someone did show up to check the water ! I had no problem last year it seems that quality left for vacation and never returned! All the problems was addressed to the staff and I made video of the water pressure which being on the top floor may have caused the issue . The grounds were also going to pot , dirty parking lot . I love the location but I don’t think I’ll make any reservations here again .

Ac took forever to cool the room, dirt/sand on the floor, old poorly maintained building, cloudy pool, the beds were sunk in the middle.

I booked an ocean view room but when I arrived it was a balcony with a barely visible ocean view. Ocean view is only available on the 3rd floor. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. Rooms are small, dated, and not worth the price. Area is convenient and nice. I will come back to this area... Not this "hotel."

The staff Annie at the front desk was amazing when I arrived I was a little upset because I thought I would have been over the ocean instead of across the street but her kindness changed everything very attentive and supportive I would definitely stay again the property needs a upgrade on maintenance but my stay was comfortable and pleasant a special thanks to Annie

Proximity to the beach is the property’s saving grace: the curtains were filthy, the balcony needed to be swept, their was no bolt or chain on the door for security, and the key cards kept deactivating.

I had a great stay at The Royal Inn Beach Hotel Hutchinson Island! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach—and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was “beach clean,” meaning it wasn’t spotless like a high-end resort, but definitely clean enough and comfortable. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s far from a dump—more of a cozy, no-frills spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable (honestly, one of the best I’ve slept on), and the AC worked like a charm, which was a huge plus in the Florida heat.
If you’re looking for a laid-back, convenient beach stay without all the bells and whistles, this is a solid choice. The friendly atmosphere and unbeatable location make it a place I’d definitely consider staying at again.
