After many trips to Las Vegas, this was my first time staying at The Signature Suites at MGM Grand, and given it's rating, it was what I expected for the price.
Everything was wonderful in my opinion; from property security, check-in staff, valet team, house keeping, and the overall atmosphere.
This was not such a big deal for me personally, however others my consider it to be; my room had a mini kitchenette, yet there was no cookware, plates, or flatware in the room. Perhaps it is something that has to be requested from the property; but with so many dining options in Las Vegas as a whole it is a miniscule issue at best.
Despite minor points of polish, which all properties have, I know exactly where I will be staying the next time I book a trip to Las Vegas

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, and the water was instantly hot. The view was great. Walking through the casino was somewhat of a hassle because the signage for the Signature wasn't visible. When cabbing to The signature at mgm, make sure they drop you at the entrance of the Signature, and not the Mgm grand or youll walk a few miles to your room.

The property is all suites but the rooms aren't necessarily suites. Just regular sized rooms. The hotel is a distance from the strip. About a 20 minute walk to and through MGM Grand to get to the strip. Signature has only one small deli with limited food and the food option at the connecting MGM are very lacking. You will spend most of your time away from the MGM area. Snack machines were broken so had to walk almost all the way to MGM Grand for a bottle of water. No room service. No concierge.

The property felt like it was a secret place just off the strip. I felt a little special every time I walked down the "exclusive " walkway. Other than that it was quite ordinary.

I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The hotel itself was nice and the room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and well put together. However, there were a couple of things that could have been better. Our room had a kitchenette, but unfortunately, there were no pots or pans provided, which made it impossible to actually use it. Also, the coffee maker still had old coffee in it when we arrived, and it gave off an unpleasant smell. Aside from these small issues, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.
