Beautiful resort with amazing amenities, clean and spacious rooms and accommodating staff. The on site restaurant and bar was amazing and the beach side drink service made enjoying the beach super easy

Small pool! Room not ready even after checkin nice hotel guess your paying for ocean view! No shuttle services at all some of the cheaper hotels and resorts offer that, couldn’t use the free paddle boat/ kayak because of a yellow flag

Overall we enjoyed the stay
However there are some key issues to point out
Extremely noisy people running through halls, housekeeping knocking on doors at 9am, this is an awful element to what could be a lovely stay.
Check in and out was great !!
Room was a bit smelly due to carpet but you can get over this … and the fridge had to be reset to cool every two hours (annoying)
Oh and the hot water does not work at refill station on 4th floor

We enjoyed the resort but were a bit disappointed regarding the exuberant resort fees and the 18% gratuity that was included on EVERYTHING, regardless of service quality. Bartenders need to friendlier. They are not very hospitable. I feel because they know they’re getting the gratuity regardless.
