Gary was amazing at check-in. He was friendly, efficient, and completely helpful in everything asked.
I forgot the name, shame on me, but she was also a top-notch employee. She took the time to tell us about attractions to see in Atlanta that I hadn't heard of before. Pleasantly helpful and great coffee to boot!
I would stay again when traveling to Atlanta.

I was not impressed by this hotel. The rooms were dated. Older carpenting and out of date furnishings. The bathroom tub was stained along with the tiles around the tub. The water was lukewarm in the shower. The only positive thing was the beds. They were somewhat comfortable. Although, i was extremely tired after driving 8 hours. I would not give this hotel 4 stars...maybe 2.5 stars. Especially, for the $$$. I''m pretty sure i wont stay here again.

The elevator situation was poor with only 1 working and no ideal stair option. My AC unit was not working and room was unbearably hot. Staff didnt seem to care or do much to rectify

The stay was amazing , the front desk was absolutely amazing. My only problem whatever cleaner you use for the tub I’d extremely slippery. I slipped and fell in the shower and it hurt really bad. Just a heads up. Some people will turn that into a lawsuit but I literally enjoy the Westin and want to let you all know

It was fine, I had to restring the shower curtain that was off most of the hooks. The hose to the shower wand was leaking. The carpet was brand new, bed was comfy. 22.00 to park my own car was a bit much. Loud guests screaming to each other in the hallway at 2:00 AM and the smell of weed…
