Booked a king room on Expedia and when we arrived we were assigned two double beds. When we asked the customer service representative to correct the mistake, they stated that the Westin does not honor room choices made on Expedia. After several minutes they were able to find an available king room. They recommended booking directly with the hotel for future stays. Outside of this issue our stay was OK. Room was basic, nothing special. It could have been cleaner as there was hair in the bathroom and the sleeping area. Neighbors were quite noisy at 2am. Location was great, close to everything. Will look elsewhere before booking another room at the Westin.

The bed was horribly squeaky. You couldn’t breathe without it making noises. Neither of us could sleep. The tile in the shower was cracked and seemed dirty. The bathroom didn’t have the best ventilation so the steam from the shower created water all over the ceiling that would drip on us. The you can hear other rooms activities pretty easily. For an Executive suite, I really wanted it to be worth the cost. I should have saved the $200 and went with a cheaper room for the same quality. I am also not a fan of being charged more than the cost of the room for the chance that we damage something. The front desk didn’t disclose how much they were charging nor what I was even being charged until I asked. I understand that people are monsters in rooms they don’t own, but it made me feel like they assume the worst in everyone. Doesn’t make me want to come back. I did not get what I hoped I’d be paying for.

They said they were overbooked for a family suite we booked three months prior. And the manager acted like she was doing us a favor by giving us a room at the Sheraton. She said we should be happy they even got us another room somewhere else. The management needs to be examined. And this is from a Marriott Bonvoy elite member!! Sad.

Stay at this hotel was nice, room was bright and spacious. Service staff was good, just one issue at front desk with clerk behind desk who most likely didn't realize her response was a bit rude and condescending. all other staff were great.

The Westin had wonderful staff at the front desk and in the restaurants. The place has so much potential but needs updated so badly. The carpets are quite old in the rooms and I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Everything else in the room needs updated.

Centrally located to restaurants and clubs.
Fifteen minute walk to PNC and twenty minute ride from airport.
Only one thing the Hotel needs is a good quality complementary coffe for its guest and maybe some lemon water for the lobby....not a biggie thou.
Definitely Definitely staying here again!!
