Had an 8 hour transit at SFO so booked a room at the Westin. Was able to get a great nap on a comfortable bed with great linens. And a hot shower. Continuous shuttles made it an easy in/out to the airport. Great option for a 3pm-9pm rest.

I stayed one night here before flying out of the San Francisco airport. Comfy beds, hot tub, good restaurant and some nice wine choices. Perfect. I would stay here again.

The stay was quiet nice but upon entry and check in I was not given an explanation that the cards were necessary for our floor access and since we were carrying bags we did not notice the sensor. There was a weird smell upon entry of our room by the door but once we walked further in it had gone away. Staff was very friendly very quiet very good sound proof walls. Overall the experience was very nice with a pretty good view as well. There is not microwave in the room the access is in the lobby but wasn’t mentioned specifically on Expedia. Biggest issue was that Expedia shows different rooms for the deluxe and premium while also showing the traditional room, it was a little misleading. Thank you very much!

Shuttle service was exceedingly slow - waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. Carpet in my room was stained, seemed dirty/unappealing. Booked an upgrade for bay view room but room overlooked the parking lot/airport, not as shown in ad.
