I have stayed here many times because it is close to the airport and has a reliable airport shuttle service. The hotel is starting to show its age. Chipped paint in the rooms and dingy grout. My bedsheet had a worn hole in it. This used to be a four star hotel, no longer. There is also no room service. There is a restaurant, but the food is over priced for the quality.

Westin SFO airport. We were told that we reserved a 2 room suite as displayed in your pictures and confirmed verbally by the hotel in advance and we were put in a 1 room unit. We traveled across the country with a baby and ended up without a dedicated place to put her for sleep. Also the crib they sent us was half the size of a normal crib therefore she could not fit in it and even if she could it was so dirty our wet wipes were black after we wiped it down so I would not have put her in it anyway for health safety reasons. Lastly knowing we requested a crib they still put us on the runway side of the hotel which sounded like war with the planes constantly taking off and landing so close by past midnight and starting again at 5am.

Decent airport hotel.
I stayed one night. Restaurant/bar was closing literally as I was checking in (10? 10:30?) and the pool, hottub, etc. had closed at I think 9? It's unfortunate that an airport hotel would choose not to offer more layover-friendly hours for their amenities, especially because it's situated in the middle of nowhere. It's not like I could just walk to the corner to get something to eat. I guess I could've ordered delivery, or bought a bag of chips from the front desk? But this must be a really common experience - why haven't they thought this through from the guest's perspective?
Anyways, the room was fine. Bathroom was old but refreshed in kind of an odd way - they added a rainhead shower into an old bathtub, but it wasn't built-in, so you have to be really short to use it comfortably. Again - totally adequate but not something I'd actively seek out.
I was not unhappy with my stay overall, and depending on price I would possibly stay overnight there again some time. But I wouldn't specifically recommend it as an amazing choice.

We stayed for 3 nights, beds are comfortable, room was clean, toiletries are not well stocked enough to use during the duration of our stay.
Negative note the bathtub drain clogged on the first night until the end of our stay. Room walls were thin you can hear people walking in the hallway, sneezing, coughing from room/s away.
Walking in the lobby was nice, fresh smell along with scent of food from the restaurant and coffee from Starbucks. But when you get floors, you get a scent of nostalgia, plain white narrow walls, light dimmed enough not see what went on. When you walked in the room, you get greeted with a strong scent of solid wood, not very bright room, questionable carpet stains and a huge bathroom.
Our stay was comfortable for a couple days but not long term.
