I loved the hotel, room was comfortable we got a upgrade to a beautiful view of the water and the planes taking off. Staff was helpful and friendly.

If you are looking to stay close to SF international airport, this is the perfect location. Be ready to hear planes land and take off, and be ready to pay $48 extra for parking. On both evening finding prepaid parking was difficult

Stayed one night because we we running in the Bay to Breakers race. Room and Hotel nice. Could use some friendlier counter staff. No personality and felt heard like cattle. Sometime a nice smile and non robotic behavior goes a long way

The hotel was clean and it’s location was very convenient to explore SF. Parking was slightly difficult maybe because we went on a weekend. It’s also a bit pricey. Lastly, the toilet in our room takes time to flush. It’s not that big of a deal but maybe they can look into that to prevent any problems in the future. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

There were additional fees charged to my card at the end of my stay. The parking lot was completely full, and the staff member I initially asked about parking just told us to find a spot. When I asked another staff member, they showed us where a new area had just been ungated to allow for more parking. Crib was brought to room promptly.
