Not so good room carpet was like old .toilet was to low. No shower head cap.room window glass was so dusty from outside and inside. Charged $48.00 for self car parking for over night.

Not upholding the Westin standard. Property was well worn, dingy and unkempt and badly in need of renovations. Staff were dismissive. Beds are bumpy and everything were worn including old dingy towels that I skipped the showers and showered in the airport lounge. I couldn’t wait to get out. Terrible smell. Will never ever stay here. Might as well be a motel 6. I was very irritated being here coz I’m particular about where I lay my head. Do better.
