This was the third time I have stayed at The Windsor, and I am quickly becoming a loyal guest. The staff is so incredibly warm and friendly and willing to help you; I cannot stress that enough. It’s located in a beautiful area and easily within walking distance of many attractions. And the Irish pub-Con Murphy’s-attached to the hotel-fun, easygoing atmosphere and the burger was delicious!! I don’t have anything negative to say and would highly recommend it!

The manager was very nice and welcoming. I was in town to visit a relative in the hospital and they were more than accommodating and understanding with a wealth of information.

The staff there are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. It is very close to museums, the Zoo, shopping, restaurants, you name it. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The location is amazing. I was unable to get a good rest as the bed was super firm and the pillows were simply a sack of cotton balls is what it felt like. I checked out early due to not being able to get decent rest. Some of the towels in the bathroom were stained upon my arrival.

My husband, 4 year old son and 1 year twins and I shared a suit. We were supposed to have w queen beds and had 2 full instead. First, we were bombarded by the mandatory valet service. We were rushed to hand over our keys and exit our vehicles. So anytime we needed something from our car, we would have to wait forever. Front desks service was wonderful, the only positive thing about this place. From the way the lobby operated, ie security, bell service and elevator escorts...i thought for sure our rooms were going to be nice. I was very wrong. The suite looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The kitchen was awful, cabinet doors were broken, drawers wouldnt close, the fridge couldnt be shut properly bc it was jammed in with the countertop. The fridge was rusted on the sides and on top, the coffee area had coffee grounds and sugar everywhere from the previous patrons. All the light fixtures were covered in a layer of dust, the floors and baseboards were disgusting! My babies kept finding things on the floor, it was obvious it wasnt vacummed or mopped. All my children are sick now and im certain its from crawling around on those dirty floors. The bathroom was outdated and small, the bathtub was all damaged and worn out on the bottom. I wouldnt dare put my children in it. There were 3 closets that are completely unnecessary. The hotel could add that space to their tiny bathrooms. The suite smelled like old moth balls and the remote to the common area didnt work half the time

Wish the room i was In had windows that open . Not sure if other rooms do. Also, the pool wasn’t opened . The restaurant/bar is really nice . Food and drinks were very good and the staff at the restaurant and hotel were welcoming and nice . No other complaints except the pool and the windows

Hotel rooms were big and spacious. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Bathrooms could use updating. Rooms could have been cleaner. Floors and furniture were dusty. Pillows were not comfortable. Pool, amenities and location were great.

Great service. Great location. Comfortable. Really spacious rooms, one bedroom apartment with kitchen, sofa bed and balcony overlooking the Cathedral. Highly recommended. Two restaurants on site. Cafe Gret, excellent service, across the street.

When we arrived everthing was fine til we got in our room and found out it was No AIR WE WAS TOLD TO OPEN THE Balcony door for air and that it would be great wether tomorrow I explained i have health issues and they brought me a fan for air this is unexceptionable i need a refund or some type of discount inhave never had this issue

We chose to stay here when in town for the NEQ Volleyball Tournament. Chose this property as price was very reasonable and its central location in the city. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Con Murphys located on the 1st floor was good food and very convenient. We definitely would stay here again.

It was 84 degrees in the room and we couldn’t get it any cooler in the room. So hot we could barely sleep. I explained to the front desk that we thought our heater/thermostat was broken when we checked out.

The staff at the front desk, including Andre at check in were SO welcoming!
We picked this location due to their "pets stay free" policy and brought our small dog, who got lots of lovely attention!
The space was incredibly clean and comfortable, well appointed. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Nice hotel in a good center city location. Our room was a nice suite and quite large for a city hotel. They have two restaurants attached, including an Irish pub that has very good food and service.
The reason for not giving it the "excellent" rating is that if you offer free coffee in the lobby in the morning, someone needs to be checking it as it ran out of a couple of supplies and the person at the desk could not find replacements. I ended up going to the Wawa that is behind the hotel.
