We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and we saw dolphins on multiple occasions and enjoyed our balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. Having only 1 elevator working for such a large building was not ideal. Penny gave great customer service and was able to help us get a microwave in our room in a timely manner so we could eat our breakfast before leaving for the day. Penny was also very friendly and remembered us throughout our stay.

The staff were extremely courteous. Though, there were issues with the elevator during our stay, we were kept informed via text messaging so could plan accordingly. Additionally, the manager personally called to apologize. The location and view from the room was beautiful and unobstructed. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Our stay was just one night and we were with you less than 24 hours, but it was convenient for our travel and fit especially well with our plans to watch the Super Bowl at Loggerheads.

Both front desk staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining and drinking options within walking distance. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that one of two elevators wasn’t working and the room had some minor superficial blemishes.

The property was nice and staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was not aware of the other fees we were charged at check in plus the $100 per day security deposit that is refundable after our stay. Some of our plans were interrupted due to the only operating elevator not working twice on Saturday. Once we could not get out and the other we could not get back in. The stairs were not an option as we were on the 9th floor. We did see housekeeping on our floor but not in our room.

While I did enjoy the area this hotel is located in the fact that the elevator has been broken for months is really frustrating. We had to wait forever to ride but then while we were there the other elevator broke too. Having to take the stairs with a wagon stroller and two little kids was really inconvenient. My husband ended up tripping coming up the stairs and hurt himself. Over all it wasn’t a great experience and I doubt I’d visit again.

This property has it all! Shops, restaurants, bars, and music. You'll enjoy your stay here and time on the beach. The service and staff are excellent!

Overall the hotel is nice. Rooms are renovated and reasonably decent. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Only issues we had were that one elevator was not working and ice machines were not working. Views are great and location is great with lots of stuff within the walking distance.

The best thing about this place is the location. It has direct access to Folly Beach. The property itself could use some upgrades. The second elevator being broken makes for a long wait during busy times. Overall it's decent.

Pro’s first: Room was cute. Nicely decorated. Large enough for 3 of us. Shower large. Enough towels. 7th floor amazing view of the ocean. Reception desk people are amazing. Restaurant people were sweet. Restaurant food was just mid. Ok for dinner nothing fancy.
Cons: Room was dirty when we checked in. Contact lens stuck on the bathroom counter. Coffee drips on both surfaces. It was clear the room wasn’t cleaned fully. Let front desk know. We went to Walmart and purchased cleaning materials. Front desk offered to move us, but we had already got our stuff set up and decided if that room wasn’t cleaned then wasn’t really confident there was anything to say next room was cleaned either. The bathroom door didn’t close. Reception sent someone but he couldn’t fix it. It got
fixed while we were out the next day.
Honestly had the room been clean, none of this other stuff would have been a problem. Also there is only one elevator working - we were on the 7th floor. Not super convenient. Just all little aggravating things but cleanliness is a biggie. Ironically we would stay again. Great location. Good rates. BUT Would bring cleaning supplies :)
