Good location around with shopping and restaurants area.

Stayed here in 2017 and it was great, they cleaned the room every day and gave clean towels and linen when needed. So imagine my disappointment 8 years later when they never cleaned the room unless we asked, and when we did ask for the sheets to be changed they did not.

It is convenient to shopping and attractions in the area.

This hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately it has a lot of full time residents and the hotel has not been updated or renovated in years. The staff was polite

This was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly when arriving and leaving. The location was great for shopping. The breakfast was good. The kitchen area in the room was bigger than expected. Our room was not cleaned which was fine, but we just had to go to lobby and get new towels. I would stay here again.

We arrived at noon for a funeral. We were allowed to check in. That was great. It is very close to shops and restaurants, very walkable area. On the other hand, the furniture in the living room was old and worn. The edge of the couch had a hole. The worst part was a roach in the kitchen, trying to get into our hot wings. We left after that. Did not even stay the night.

The stay was great.

Tile in bathroom broke cut my feet will not be back

Parked my truck, trailer, and golf cart at property. Trailer had lock on hitch and my wife's car was parked 1 foot behind the trailer to prevent theft. During the night someone stole my trailer and golf cart. The night manager claims he went out multiple times during the night and did not see anything. No cameras and I have not heard from insurance but not confident they will do anything. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The room was dirty, rug was ripped and frayed , holes in the curtain, one window was cracked and taped up. The floor was dirty. When checking out they charged us for parking, which is unheard of any time I have stayed in a hotel. Totally disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. I think the parking fee should be at least reimbursed.

I really enjoyed staying here for 3 nights for a concert. Super close to everything. Room was super comfortable and plenty of space for me and a friend. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Huntsville.

The nigh clerk was difficult to hear and understand as I checked in. She seemed to irritated when I asked her to repeat what she had just said.

One front desk person was rude, way they charge at the beginning was oddest I’ve ever seen and got my credit card frozen. Tool manager a lengthy time to get it fixed. Limited cleaning. Breakfast and all day coffee is only reason I’d even consider booking again.

Very comfy, as well as clean. Just wish we could of stayed longer.

I was expecting better since the Marriott name was attached to it. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet was moist and room had a bad odor. I wouldn’t dare sit on that nasty looking sofa. If I wasn’t so exhausted, I would have found a better hotel.
