A great location to get to all the local attractions. Excellent, friendly helpful staff. Very good, well appointed room. Hot water in the shower takes several minutes to come through but has good heat eventually and good water pressure.

Reasonably priced, spacious, clean, 3 blocks from the Majestic Theatre and all points to downtown SA & River Walk, all inclusive breakfast, and management/staff were all so kind and efficient. Great valet service ( a little pricey) but so convenient and made our comings/goings so easy.No worries.

Staff are friendly. Relatively clean. Valet is a nightmare though. It takes 20-30 minutes to retrieve your vehicle, and most of the time there is no one to attend the post, and no self-parking options around

The room was spacious and clean. Would have been improved with more lighting and an additional mirror outside the bathroom. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast crew were friendly and very helpful. Used the galley parking as we were unfamiliar with the area and it was quite convenient.

Hotel says parking available. But you need to avail parking from your pocket. It’s not mentioned anywhere during booking . This is wrong info. Except this , hotel is absolutely nice and had pleasant stay.

I’m not sure if I got room…I picked 419sqft…..our room missing couch and or extra space?Room smells terrible hallway smells perfect and lobby. Bathroom door hard to close when have to use bathroom at night.we were given room #306/I would like to confirm room.I usually don’t leave a review because all my other experience had no issues but this was horrible.I am not sure what the outcome will be but I would like a response and recommendation .These comments are not intended to hurt anyone I’m just letting you know so you can improve next person’s stay.

Mediocre...room smelled weird. Breakfast was not great. Window view was of anoter wall. Only option for parking was $50 valet. My vehicle was rifled through while in valet care. Checked out aday early.

When we arrived, there was no where to park and no one at the valet for about 10 mins! The front door didn't work to let anyone in! The room looked dated, carpet had a rip in it! The hot water ran out mid shower!
