This is without hesitation, the worst experience from any stay chosen from the hotels.com app. I would like a full refund. Upon arriving apparently they were short staffed, and we were ‘helped’ by the maintenance man. He gave us 2 key cards, neither worked. Because the maintenance man doesn’t know how to program the key cards, he gave us A MASTER KEY, this is not a joke. Upon entering this filthy room, we were completely disgusted by the dirt, no bed spread, no phone, no alarm clock, no towels, notes in the table from a previous guests. We were in town for an Eric Clapton concert and needed to head to the arena. When we returned, the remote didn’t work for the tv, so I requested another room. It is now around 3am, the clerk gave us the one ‘available room’ (apparently this is know as an hourly sex hotel, which we learned at lunch the next day when the bartender told us how sorry he was that we were staying there) . The room he gave us was a handicap room. The bathroom door didn’t shut, again no phone or clock, someone’s leftover food in the fridge, something on the floor?? Completely disgusting. I tried to speak to a manager but, the new employee clerk said that they didn’t have one at the moment. I took some pictures that I hopes I be able to include.

Close to downtown with out the downtown price but paid our dues anyway. Had to be moved 3 times. All rooms were dated, had dirty carpet and had not be cleaned. The icing on the cake was the condom wrapper on the floor and used wet towel hanging on the bathroom door. The attendant blamed housekeeping. Travelodge should be concerned about their brand and standards but clearly are not. Dont stay there!

Overall the hotel was clean….however the door did not lock from the outside…we were told the light just didn’t come on when you swipe the key card. Then when we asked the front desk about it they said didn’t I tell you that. We could atleast lock the door from the inside while sleeping. Outdated place needs some new paint and carpet. Also no fitted sheet on the bed and no comforter just a thin almost like sheet to cover up with.

Staff didn’t communicate about a room change. Deadbolt didn’t work and night shift called police because of staff miscommunication. No towels. Toilet leaked, no lights outside. Tv didn’t work. Would not adjust bill after getting woke up at 3am.

Room was dirty. Dirty used tissues and medical gloves on floor near bed. Empty water bottles under nightstand. Tried to get a refund. Manager Elizabeth White refused to respond to emails or return phone calls. Staff not cooperative at all. Would never recommend this place and Expedia should not be associated with them

Such a terrible place, we were there for an hour before decided to leave to another hotel. Building is very old and not renovated whatsoever. First room we were put in the AC did not turn on, we were told it would kick on after some time and that the front desk worker had checked all the rooms that morning. We left for lunch to give it time to kick on and when we returned it still had not. I asked to move rooms as it was muggy and the bathroom was not completely cleaned out. We were moved one room down and when I attempted to use the key it did not work. Attendant remade the keys and attempted himself still with no luck in opening the door. He used the master key and it had worked, so he told us we would need to get someone to open the door for us every time. We got in the room to settle in and when we used the bathroom there was a very old and dirty bra hanging on the back door. Makes it hard to believe these rooms had been properly cleaned anytime recently. After all that we had decided we were uncomfortable and frankly disgusted with the place. We checked out and no compensation was offered or accepted when I asked. I understand this is a cheap option, but with the way they run this place it should be charged by the hour. Very disappointed in every aspect of the experience with this hotel. I had left my information when I was told there was no management on site and was never reached out to.

Constant noise and multiple knocks on the door. Including someone who just opened the door. Thankfully the chain was on.

Room was stinky on ground floor. My parents wanted ground floor and there was no lift for other floors and my father had knee problems. Upper floor rooms were ok.

Scary!

The place was covered in mold. The tiles were falling out of the ceiling of the bathroom. The windows had a layer of grime that has been there since the Reagan administration. The windows were also open and no way to lock them. The lock on the door was busted. We checked in, and within 30 minutes I was checking out. The very unfriendly staff asked why and I said “it’s filthy.” They replied with “yeah.” No surprise, just “yeah.”

Keys didn’t work front desk guy had to use his master’s key to open the door plus no towels in the washroom

WE DIDN'T STAY! Upon arrival the outside of the building looked nothing like the photos on the website. We were concerned about that, but the lobby didn't look too bad. We had to wait just under 10 minutes for the receptionist to return to the front desk. We were supposed to check in to room 201, the room was hot and dingy. After messing with the AC unit for a few minutes trying to get it to work we requested another room. The receptionist gave us keys for room 202, but the key cards didn't work. My husband went downstairs twice with issues of the key cards not working in the door. The receptionist finally came up with us to the room and had to let us in with a master key. Upon inspection of that room, it was also very dingy everywhere and the bedding looked as if it was all wrinkled and not clean. The AC worked in that room but there wasn't a remote for the TV, however there was a tv on the wall and one on the floor, it was so bazaar. After our awful experience in the first 20 minutes of our arrival, we decided we weren't even staying there, it was a dump! The receptionist couldn't help me much with a refund but gave me an email for the property contact. I also contacted Neeta via the live chat on Expedia's website requesting a refund for this booking since we didn't even stay and it was one of the worst experiences and ruined our weekend where we were moving our daughter into college and hoping to get part of Sunday with her. So disappointed!

Terrible all around. Absolutely do not stay here. Not sure what Wyndham thinking by having their name associated with this place.

This was the worst experience i ever had with a hotel. It started with front desk manager, wanted to charge 100.00 early check in at 3:00 and the room wasn't even ready. It clearly states on a sign by front desk check in 3:00 check out 11:00. She was the rudest front desk manager i ever encountered. We finally check in at 4 and the room was filthy, my daughter refused to get a shower cause it was so bad. Mirror in bathroom was broke, an awful smell. For 500.00 a night it was a total rip off. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bed bugs, trash all over, filthy floors, filthy bathroom blood on the sheets.

No rooms were ready, we called ahead to see if we could check in early and were told for $100. Check in was at 4 and no rooms ready still at 4:45 when they checked me in after waiting in line behind people in the same situation. Staff outside of manager were rude. This place should probably just be levels. Room not clean they did not provide towels not that I would actually want to use the bathroom.

This place was bad from the start. Check in was supposed to be at 3. We arrived around 2ish. Normally the charge $20 or $25 (not sure which) to check in early & you can use card. They told us we could check in early for $100 cash. Seems super fishy. Since we didnt pay the $100, here was no check in till 4. We arrived back around 3:30 & there were multiple people waiting to check in. So instead of starting to get people in they waiting til after 4. Almost everone was there for a concert that night. We were all late. Once they started to check people in, it didnt last long as after the 1st person there were no more rooms available. How does this happen? Check out is at 11am. We are now at 430pm & no rooms are ready? When asked about some money back for any of the inconvenience, we were told NO. They arent allowed to refund. We waited for our room while others were given rooms that werent cleaned yet just to change quick and leave for the concert. We get to our room and it was just ok. It looked like a rundown room from a 90s movie. The lock on the door was missing, the bathroom still had hair in the tub and there was stains everywhere (beds, chair, curtains, bathroom shower curtain). Im glad we were only there 1 night. I honestly wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless it was a last resort. There isnt even a bathroom in the lobby to use while you wait to check in. Travelodge, never for me again. I still think the upcharged price of $100 to check in early was a scam!!

Was told early check in was $23 when I called on Wednesday for my Saturday stay but when we arrived early we were told $100. Came back at 4 and rooms were not ready, so not sure what that $100 would have done. Girl working desk very rude, night guy drinking Busch light there. Had to leave our stuff and head out to concert. We couldn’t even get into the room until after 5! We asked them to not throw away our food/even left a note to double confirm it and they still threw it out. We had no towels and our stuff moved. They Left someone’s old tooth brush along with other trash in our room too. Our key cards didn’t work when we came back that night. Random iron board in the room. The staff was just rude and under prepared for this weekend. Breakfast is a joke there, cold stuff left opened & 2 options- cereal and old bagels…area needs cleaned. The door to our room doesn’t fit inside the frame of wall so we heard everything and light from hall came through. We will not be back. The positive? The beds were comfortable.
