The property was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here in the past and did notice remodeling in the restrooms and room was very clean. The carpet could use an update. Overall for the price it was good.

Room was quiet and roomy. Bathroom remodeled nicely and breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Lacks a swimming pool but has one available down the street at a sister hotel.

The place was clean, breakfast was ok,
didn't like the back door being propped open, since you should have key to get in, there are cameras, don't know if they work, but pretty sure no one monitors

My wife and I were on a trip on the way back from Sedona Arizona and used this Travelodge as a pass through for the night. It was clean, it was comfortable. The Continental breakfast was good. Some interaction with the man on duty in the am. We stopped in Havasu on the way home to see the London Bridge, my wife and I saw and walked on that London Bridge in London in 1969. It was very memorable yo do it again in America.

The only thing was confusion when checking in. I had made arrangements for my boyfriend to check in ahead of me and left his name with the front desk and when he arrived, the girl at the desk wouldn't let him check in. Pretty disappointing after I was told it was squared away.

VISITOR BEWARE!!! They don’t have ELEVATORS, only two story, but one of my companions has a very bad back. It was clean and quiet, but next time I will ask for a downstairs room.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds. We stayed in higher star hotels on the same trip where the beds were horrible. The bathrooms were newly remodeled and set up perfectly for 3 people in our room. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was just ok, but we didn’t go hungry. I would definitely stay here again.

The general condition in Lake Havasu is dusty and cluttered. This hotel is in a commercial zone without nearby restaurants or shopping. The hotel is not dirty, just the area it’s in. For an inexpensive overnight, it’s fine.
