A It was a really cool close to downtown placement to stay at..but check ing in late was a bit of a hassle but other than that you get what you pay for as far as quality super enjoyed the stay but wished it could have gave a safer vibe instead of me fighting to see my car’s safety..visibly …your boy would never know..sheesh!

There was comfortable beds with a pillow buffet firm to soft the room had a microwave and fridge and nice TV. Good hot shower good towels

We booked 2 rooms. When we arrived to one of the rooms it smelled like smoke. In that same room, the next morning one of the kids had what appeared to be a mosquito bite only to find out it was probably bed bugs because when we were leaving he had a bunch of bites all over his body.

The place has a relatively low score overall, but I think it deserves a bit higher score because most of the reviews probably come from people expecting a 5 star hotel on a 2 star budget. Reno isn't as cheap as it once was, and for the area, this is still a good deal. I got a room with a jetted tub for only a few bucks more, which is real nice after a day of skiing. Lots of food options around, and on the Saturday night I stayed here, there was a lot of ambient noise outside from music, but it cut out after about 11pm letting me sleep fine.

Demasiado escándalo en los cuartos y en las calles … no tienen elevador y tenia que subir escaleras hasta 4 piso … el mini refrigerador estaba sucio con comida adentro en general el cuarto estaba un poco sucio y descuidado

this hotel was by far the worst hotel i have stayed at. people are so rude it’s in the ghetto and its smells for bad in the rooms and we also got denied a refund for our room not even locking. horrible customer service.

Th”office” sign needs to be changed. The parking lot needs to be re-paved. Howard Johnson should be removed. Nice lighting outside. Nice flooring. It’s just not a 3 star… but maybe a two. Sorry.
