This is my only complaint......I understand keeping up with shoveling during a snowstorm but the stairs leading to the parking area were solid snow and ice and not once did i notice them cleared on the several times I came and left the property.

Bathrooms and shower room by pool gross floors w toilet paper showers scummy hair balls.
Asked about check in options front desk said 2. It was 130 so waited in lobby vrs unpack w wet suit. W snow outside starts weren’t clear so I wanted key to use parking lot entrance. 215 I check and am told 30 min yet. Return and am told 4:00. So I ask for a room by a family we met. Rooms not ready til 5:00. In am ask for shower towels. They didn’t have any clean but would deliver once clean - never came. Bathroom handle in hotel room replaced and drill hole remains open. Kids thought it was funny someone could spy into the bathroom. 2 of the lifeguards were amazing -

Our family was so excited for our stay at the Tundra, but we won't ever be back.
We paid $200 for a room, and we didn't even have working plumbing in our room for almost the whole morning. Our toilet was full of feces that couldn't be flushed, we weren't able to shower, and we had to brush our teeth with melted ice from the ice bucket in the room. I had to complain twice for our water to finally be turned back on.
The wifi never worked the entire time.
The water is the waterpark is FREEZING and several other guests were complaining about it. My child didn't even want to be there or play and she's four. We were the first ones in the "hot" tub, which is also too cold, and there were dirty bandaids immediately where you enter the hot tub and the place had just opened for the day so obviously it's not cleaned well or even inspected prior to opening for the day.
Upon checking out, I was told someone already checked us out. Nobody in our room did that, so that was concerning. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and that it was a very disappointing stay. Nothing was made right and a resolution was not offered. What a waste of money and a horrible experience. I'm giving 2 stars only because the man working in the arcade was accommodating and amazing with the guests.

The rooms were ok but haven’t been updated in many years. The water park is great for younger kids which was fine. I like that they have life jackets for the younger kids free of charged. The issue that we experienced is the food. We had a large pizza and the price was reasonable however the pizza might have been the worse pizza I have ever eaten. We then decided to try chicken wings again nobody in my party could eat these horrible. In the morning we went to their breakfast buffet absolutely disgusting not with the money. Very disappointed and probably will go to Wisconsin dells.

Waterpark area was nice but small and geared towards 5 years and younger imo. My 6,7,8 year olds liked the slides but were bored otherwise. Heater in room was SUPER loud that we had to shut it off and we literally had frost/ice INSIDE our window. Had to pay for an extra wristband even though we reserved for 5 people...typically places tack it into final bill. They also dont allow the pizza delivery people to come to the room which is inconvenient when you have 3 kids. Overall was ok but not planning on going back.

Check in was at 4pm room was not ready two and a half hour wait for the room. I watched along with other guest. Front desk give out rooms to new guest while we were told we would be texted when a room opens. 10 rooms were without heat and windows were so frosted up that the rooms had water dripping on the sill right on the heater unit. Very unhappy with overall service with tundra lodge
