Some areas are showing a little wear and tear, but overall a great place to stay with our young kiddos. They loved the arcade and especially the waterpark!

I over paid for a cabin room in which I did not get to utilize. My son left his wallet in the room, where an employee stoled cash out of it. The rooms were small, dingy, and rusting facets. The waterpark ladies locker had no hot water. This is absolutely the last time we will ever visit or booked this property.

My family stayed 3 days and cleaning service never came once. The hotel room was for 6 people, yet there were only 2 towels. Our family was waiting for room service to come the next day to bring more and change the garbage, but they never came. You can hear people walking in the halls all hours and the guests across the hall from us had a domestic situation, it resulted in us not getting sleep due to fear of safety. I would recommend the waterpark, but stay at a different hotel.

Only down fall ,at 745pm went directly to worker at arcade to ask when the arcade closed at he had replied tonight at 9:00, so we had went and ate came back at 8:08 pm to enjoy arcade and they had closed . First time thier with my children 8 and 10 who where very bummed, kinda disappointing

Some of the staff was rude and the pool area & bathrooms in the pool area are disgusting . It took me 4 employees to clean up feces. I was also charged for my service dog when I had the papers because I didn’t have it vest on once a cleaning lady reported me so they charged me $200.

I thought I was booking a nicer room for me and my family, a suite. I had 5 rolling computer chairs at our dining table from the 90’s that were beat down. The layout was terrible. Everything looked old and very used. The newer tv of the two wouldnt work to stream anything. Just super outdated for $300 a night. My bed sunk terribly. Great waterpark but didn’t enjoy the room at all.
