We stayed in the family cabin very nice and clean. Everyone was nice during our stay and helpful. The waterpark was a great time for our family of all ages. So close to Lambeau Field we were able to walk down and tour the stadium. Will be going back again.

Our stay was nice, excep the housekeeping walked in on us twice without knocking, even after he knew we were still there. Then when we went to check out, we were told someone had already checked our room.

The room was a little outdated. Food at the concessions and restaurant was underwhelming. Pool and arcade was perfect for the little one though. Some of the staff came across rude and not very welcoming.

Mold and mildew in the room’s ac and bathroom. Smelled horrible. Room was filthy. Checked out early as my family started to feel sick after spending one night. Bedding was dirty and stained. Staff at front desk was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

The shower barely drained. The fridge/freezer froze our childs milk that was for nap/bedtime. We ran out of towels and they made us bring the towels up ourselves to exchange for more. The same soggy food was at the water park 3 days in a row so nobody cleaned it. 5$ for a slice of pizza that was dollar store quality. The dresser didnt stay closed-hazard for children.

The stay overall was great but at the end I lost my wallet and no one was willing to help me find it. I asked the front desk and rather than ask if a wallet was turned in they gave me a web site and said I had to reach out to them. So, they might have it and would rather send it to me through mail than just go in the office and look. This part of the stay was very frustrating for me.

We visited Green Bay with our six grandchildren and booked the Tundra Lodge because of the Waterpark which the kids totally enjoyed. We did have an issue with our room and after visiting with the front desk clerk, Lelee, our problem was resolved. Lelee was very professional, understanding, and made sure we were comfortable the rest of our stay. We will definitely book again!!

Room was dirty, beds are hard, customer service is terrible, air conditioning wasnt working, waterslide had high volumn of Chlorine, hair floating in water. A small child puked and the Lifeguard put a chair over it and watched the puked wash in the pool by basketball net. No air circulation in waterslide area which made it humid and all 3 kids got headaches. Oh fun! Bar and restuarants closed way before information posted in room. Pull out couch filthy. Called front desk for roll away bed. 24 hrs later, never received it. Mold in my refrigerator. Guests beware. I wish I would of read review instead of relying on false information from co-workers. For this price, I could of went to Noah's Ark.
