Only downside was there was no room service because of being short staffed. Otherwise, the facility was very nice.

Great location. Beautiful lobby!

My husband is disabled and the handicapped rooms are as far away froth elevators as they could be. he is not wheelchair bound but has difficulty walking, so it was extremely difficult for him to walk to the truck and back to the room, causing him to have to door dash instead of leave a few times during our stay because he could not make the walk. Also we arrived late at night and the luggage carriers were not available when we arrived making it difficult to get our belongings to the room. The day we left we requested a late check out due to my conference. Housekeeping walked in on my husband multiple times, once when he was getting out of the shower trying to clean even though we had a late checkout.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and very open, it didnt feel cramped. I will definitely book a room at this hotel again. There are so many things to do in walking distance.

Rooms need updated but at least they are clean.

I stay at UP a few times a year and not too long ago, I have felt the rooms have gone down hill. AC not working correctly, noisy or dripping water on the floor. Check in was a bit of a nightmare, but this last visit, my room was clean and perfect. Check in was fast and easy.

Two bottles of fireball were found beneath the bed by my six-year-old daughter who was playing with them. We would’ve never imagined that a hotel room would have containers of alcohol left behind in it. We were pissed we brought to the attention of the front desk upon finding them who said they couldn’t do anything about it, which is perverse needless to say. As parents we strive not to expose our children to dangerous elements or purposely endanger our children. However, this hotel was outright negligent in terms of cleaning the room, finding a known danger that could and should have been found upon reasonable inspection and due diligence, and rectify the situation after they were told of the hazard. At bar because of their negligence have they exposed and endangered the welfare of others be it ourselves and our three children. We will give the hotel a few more days before taking additional action to be refunded as the terms of our stay have been violated regarding tendering a clean, suitable room, free of known or discoverable known hazards upon a reasonable inspection such as cleaning. Finding open containers on and around the bed area when the room should have been cleaned not only highlights how unclean room was but also establishes how hotel staff endangered the welfare of others… alcohol exposure, body fluids and so much more.

Hotel was ok for a night.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. We loved the little coffee shop!

It was nice, but it was not worth $100 the night (I got a special for the price, can be more per night).The hotel was ok.

Overall the staff was nice and the hotel itself was great but the room itself was not. We had very thin walls and a connecting room that we were unaware of during booking, so we could hear the neighbors conversations word for word. It just did not feel very private. Then our neighbors on the other side were being very loud but when I tried to call down to the front desk on the phone in the room, I got a busy signal. Their site says 24/7 front desk, so I’m not sure why I was not able to get through. Otherwise, the amenities were good and the breakfast buffet was nice.
