Great hotel, great breakfast buffet, which I guess they only do on the weekends. Very close to Missouri State and downtown. Will absolutely stay here again

I was there for a conference and it didn’t really seem like there were enough staff to efficiently handle the group. The conference food was repetitive and not very good which is disappointing. If I had been there for any other reason I would have no complaints. I adored the staff in the coffee shop!

After a 13 hr drive, we were in after midnight and out early the next morning, but the staff was friendly upon our late arrival, room was clean and comfortable, the outside property, lobby and hallway was clean. Everything looked very nice, and the location is walkable to the main street and Missouri St Univ campus. We were too tired to take advantage of the VIP upgrade, but glad it was available if we wanted it.

They don’t advertise about no breakfast during the week, bar waa not open they said didn’t have enough staff. Ans overall room smelled like mold. Very outdated I was to scared to evwn touch the shower wouldnt stay there again.

Nice. Clean. Front desk personnel were not always available and could have been more friendly. Pool area could have been cleaner. Coffee shop was great. Excellent service and the baked goods were fresh and delicious. Baristas were very friendly, offered suggestions and attentive to guests.

This was a great value and a great place to stay with family on a cross-country road trip. There are 2 pools and an outdoor seating area. Kids loved the glass elevator. Beds were comfy and the staff was friendly.

It was SOOOOO HOT in our room. Either the A/C wasn't working or the fan was broken. The only saving grace to make the room bareable was that I always travel with a travel fan. Our room also smelled like a litter box. ICK! We tried to switch rooms, but they said they were booked. We were on the 5th floor and power went out on 1/2 of the hotel. Of course it was the 1/2 with the elevators. UGH!

No air conditioning or towels available in order to shower. Told us we had to wait until housekeeping came in the next morning. The overnight "supervisor", Crystal was rude. Spend your money elsewhere!
