The place is a mess. I had to clean my own room and bathroom. The TV didn't work, I had to get clean sheets and spread. The place is the worst I've ever stayed.

This is just a run of the mill extended stay. Internet was terrible. room was 20 years old except the tv. the pics on the website don't match the room. oh and the elevator was broken (put us on the third floor anyway).

The check-in server was more than great above and beyond to help me get a remote a working TV and pillows in my room that were in there when I checked in nor was the elevator working or ice machine it looked like someone's been shot in my room blood all over the wall so unsafe unsecure and like I was going to get begged bugs

We arrived at the hotel at 5:45 pm we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. We called the hotel and the phone just rang and rang. When someone finally came to the front desk we were told our room was not clean, Bur if we wanted to leave our things in the room and go get dinner they would call when it was clean. We turned to get on the elevator and were told it did not work. We got to the room and there was no light in the bathroom or over the kitchen sink and next to the beds. The bulbs were there they did not work. We left the room and went to the parking lot which was not well lit. We decided we could not stay at the hotel. There were spider webs in room with bugs and spiders in it. We went back to the room to get our things and told the worker we had to leave. She said she would refund out money but has not done so yet. THIS was the worst place I have ever seen. It was not clean in the lobby and the rugs in the stair wells had not been cleaned in weeks. There were crumbs and trash everywhere. We did not take pictures because my 16 year old granddaughter was crying so hard she was scared to be in the building. I DO NOT recommend.

First of all, we had to acknowledge at check-in that there would be no refunds (even before we saw the room). The suite was only equipped with towels, a single bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, sheets and blanket on the beds. One of the stove burners was not in place, but it did not matter since there were no pots/pans, dishes or utensils. The toilet would not hold water in the tank, the internet was not working. There were children's stickers on the closet door and room mirror. Hardware for pictures were on the walls without pictures. Light fixtures did not have covers, only bulbs. In the morning, a tenant burned bacon in a room near us and set off the smoke alarm. We had booked for 3 nights and left after the first night. This "hotel" appeared to be a combination of short-term rooms and low-income housing. Not the ideal place for a vacation stay.

It was horrible. Broken cracked shower kitchenette was pealing. Never answered your questions. Then charged us 200 dollars more for “damage”. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! They charge you for their broken crap.

We chose this hotel because of the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. We booked a room for three adults with two beds. Check in took 45 minutes due to shift change but staff was great. After we paid and they went to assign a room they told us they did not have any rooms with 2 beds even though we had booked online. They only had 1 king bed, and only 2 adults were allowed to stay so someone would have to sleep in the car. We demanded a refund but since the payment had already been processed they could not give one, only the manager could and she was off until the following week. The staff finally said all 3 adults could stay in the one bed but they would just write down that there were only 2 adults in the room. Once there we found out the hotel does not have a pool, hot tub, or fitness center anymore. It had all been taken out 4 years prior. We had only been at the hotel for 45 minutes but told them we were leaving to find another hotel and was given the name of the manager to call next week. The following week the manager said we did not give notice we were leaving but after talking to the staff found out we did. She granted the refund but after 2 weeks I still had not gotten it. Called back and the manager said she had delayed giving the refund but it should come now. It was 3 1/2 weeks before I got a refund.

When we arrived for check in the lady was friendly but was trying to do too many things at once, so check in took a little longer. Went to our room and found ants on one side of the room and crawling on the bed. No phones in room so you had to go back downstairs to tell them about the ants. She apologized and said they have been a problem and would get someone up there to take care of them. This was about 8:30 pm. I understand ants are a problem when it’s hot and I wasn’t trying to complain but there were so many rules given at check in it was ridiculous. Finally at about 11:30 pm there was a knock on our door and it was the front desk lady to come and spray for the ants. She apologized for it being so late but had to wait for her replacement to get there. She then asked us the next morning about the ants and they were gone until the following day. Never seen housekeeping or anybody else for that matter to take care of anything. I’m just glad when I travel, I carry extra towels and toilet paper with me.

This place is okay but really needs help with the housekeeping department.The towels and toilet paper were missing upon checking in. The housekeeping staff did a terrible job.There were plastic bags and food left from the previous person. There was hair left all over the bathroom floor and sink.They left soap caked on the bathroom floor and there wax left on the floor as well. The base trim was cheap and faling off the walls and you could see the trash collecting in the glue. The previous person had placed a paper towel over the fire alarm and the housekeepers did not take it down. You can tell that there are long term guests there and some were extremely loud and you could hear fights.The stove and full size fridge were great.It is not a terrible place but needs better housekeeping.

It was a clean place. Staff is super nice. Just that some of the clientele that now are there are not off the best crowd is all I can say. Def had gone downhill over the last few months.
