There was no indication that the pool was out of order when we booked online or at check-in. We didn’t find out until we went down to the pool. We have children and they were disappointed and the room was non refundable.

Only feedback is when we got to the room late at night the hotel room AC was off and extremely hot. Took an hour to cool down and after a road trip and hauling your stuff up to your room that’s the last thing you want.

This was our 3rd time staying, last time was 2 years ago and it definitely has gone down a bit. Bathroom wallpaper was starting to come off, and not the best cleaning.
