Good place to stay. Staff was friendly. The accommodations were excellent. I was disappointed that breakfast didn’t go beyond 9:00.

It was good, fitness area was a little under par and would have liked a few more healthy choices for the breakfast but nice, clean and great service

Clean and quiet

We were greeted by two friendly, eager, young ladies who got us checked in. The room was spacious and clean as was the rest of the motel. There was a sports team staying there, but the evenings and overnights were quiet. Tge continental breakfast was typical of most. The breakfast host was attentive and kept everything well supplied. Overall, a good stay!

Great stay

Very comfortable. Large room and bed was awesome. Nice front desk girl, very helpful.

Let me start with the positives. The hotel is in a great location, just off the main shopping street, in a safe area, and conveniently located near a Wendy’s and Subway in the same parking lot. The staff, especially the lady who checked us in, were incredibly friendly and helpful, as were all the employees we encountered. However, there were some significant downsides. While the lobby smelled fine, as soon as we opened the door to our room on the main floor, we were hit with a strong, musty odor. It was quite unpleasant. We hoped the smell would dissipate once we turned on the heat, but it didn’t. The bathroom was also very outdated and had the same musty smell. We considered asking to switch rooms, but it was late, and we just needed to rest for the night. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately, no.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Easy check in and check out process. Staff was very friendly.

great place

Our room was huge which was nice, but it was evident it hadn't been appropriately cleaned. There was dust all over every surface, including the bathroom counter. Next to the bed there were blonde hairs. Next to the far side of the bed it looked like someone had exploded a soda on the wall and it had not been wiped up. The T.V. kept buffering, making it hard to watch. The trash cans were tiny! In the bathroom, the toilet paper was affixed to the counter which was so far away from the toilet that you had to get tissue before you went to the bathroom. The breakfast was nice, however, they have two waffle irons. One worked well and both mornings we went down there the other got all gummed up over and over despite folks spraying it. I think the finish has worn off and it just needs replaced. Also, both mornings they were out of eggs and we went down about 7:30 a.m. The lobby was beautiful and the area to dine was lovely. The kids loved the pool and the exercise room and used both extensively. So it was better than average, but not a perfect stay. The desk help was WONDERFUL.

Nice location

We picked the hotel based on proximity to the Scheels arena. We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was quick and polite at check in. For the money, it was a good stay!

Very rude

It’s our home away from home! Pat, the manager, is the absolute best!

I was very dissatisfied with the beds. They were sagging in the middle very badly. Horrible sleeps and back aches in the mornings. Would sink in the middle of the bed. After a long day we wanted to rest and the condition of the beds didn’t help. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Quite clean, but a little older could use an upgrade. Too heavily scented, carpets etc. Should have options for people who don't like or are allergic to cucumber. All the soap, shampoo, lotion were cucumbe scented. front desk said nothing else. No towels in the pool area. Got a lot of attitude from the front desk when I asked for 1. She was complaining to the laundry staff that I was going swimming an hour and a 1/2 before checkout, sayin "it sounds like a personal problem" When I said I was just gonna go for a 20 minutes swim, she said you're not allowed in the laundry room, even though I was only at the door. No water in the cooler in the gym.Beds a little worn, soft, but still comfortable enough.. Overall still not a bad stay for a reasonable price.
