The receptionist/front desk staff member on 2/7/25 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She engaged in negative conversation about guests with other guests. Very distasteful & disrespectful.

The rooms were big enough for a family of three. I wish they did a better job cleaning the rooms and providing bigger size body soaps, shampoo and conditioners.

The hotel seemed very outdated in person. The photos didn't show much of the details but when I checked in the lobby was hot, as well as the elevator and floors to the rooms. The room itself was very warm and the floor boards all along the room were dirty and the room was very dusty. The bathroom door was so large you could barely close it while standing inside of the bathroom. The room temp was either hot or freezing - there was no in between. The walls are extremely thin. I slept for about 2 hours each night. Every single night kids were screaming, doors were slamming and it smelt like smoke/pot. Even in the morning when housekeeping came through early, it was extremely loud in the hallways. Would I stay again? No. There are plenty of hotels nearby that are in the same price range and better quality. While the workers were friendly, this property is outdated and I honestly felt dirty even after showering.

The mattress needed to be replaced. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst we have had in all our travels. But the location was excellent. Restaurants and The Parking Spot are close by.

We stayed here for a night before we went on a cruise. The staff were great, the free breakfast in the morning was good, but the hotel itself desperately needs updating. It’s old, and it shows. I was also a little bothered to see some stains (what looked like green marker) on a bedding decoration. The walls are also very thin; we could hear our neighbors talking for quite a while and we were able to make out most of what they were saying. I wouldn’t be against staying here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
