Quiet, comfy bed, good check in/out service, shuttle driver to airport wqs friendly. Close to many resturants you dont even need transport to enjoy a good meal or drink in the area

I really needed just a break from so much. Especially before relocatio and then again so much. LIFE! This hotel was so perfect. It was relaxing so accommodating. Its on a great area with restaurants and great stores. Even a massage place. The breakfast was great. I loved the indoor whirlpool. It was so relaxing. The hotel was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel had an at home feel. I was truly able to unwind and sleep well. I loved the room and the ammenities. The staff was great! The pool was small and still enjoyable. For it still had depth and a great temperature. I loved The wingate! Its a special place! I highly recommend it!

Reservation was easy to make. Lots of Restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, nice whirlpool and outside pool.. Exceptionally nice Staff.

The Front Desk Staff on duty when I arrived was courteous and friendly. She went the extra mile and provided exceptional customer service. I was on a 10 hr layover flight and the convenince of the free airport shuttle service up to 1am in the morning made my stop in Orlando hassle free. I will definately stay here again and highly recommend it.

The room was fine - bed was comfortable and the accommodations were what we needed to be near the airport. Our only negative was the drain in the tub was extremely slow and the shower curtain was very frayed along the top and would not stay closed correctly.

This is where I stay at least 2-3 times a year and always have a great experience however the last 2 times my key card has stopped working in the middle of my stay and it’s annoying to have to keep going to the front desk to get a key, esp when my hands are full and I am tired. I have never experienced this any where else

The AC controller did not work so you had no control over the temperature in the room. The loud fan near the window ran constantly even if the AC controller was in OFF position. There was no hot water at 10 pm at night. Whenever anyone flushed the toilet water pressure fell to 10%. Bathroom toilet ran continually. We were only there for a short overnight due to cancelled flights so did not want to spend hours with the maintenance staff. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out to inform about the problems.
