We stayed 2x at the property on both ends of our trip. We upgraded our room for the last leg and found it disappointing for the price point.
The shower head was rusty, one of the 2 AC units were not working.
The furniture showed wear & tear, as well as the Jacuzzi tub had discoloration.
The front desk staff was rude/curt, the business center computer ran like it was on Windows ME and I was told "It's a public computer, what do you expect?" when asking about issues with it when trying to check some email.
All and all the ROI on the price was just not there.

The indoor poor was freezing cold and the hot tob was luke warm and extremely nasty. Black oil filmy greasy all around ths brim. Even the filth was floating on the foam.

Broken sink blood stains on the ceiling stains on the carpet toilet seat, broken, red dye stains everywhere broken handle on bathroom door Upon arrival pulled front desk that I have a serviced animal. They told me that no matter what they were gonna charge me $50 because of the smell of the dog even though he was ADA certified after I showed him the certificate. He said oh OK I won’t charge you.
