We have stayed here several times as it is close to UAMS. Also several restaurants in the area. Staff very nice, rooms clean beds comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our grand daughter is in NICU at Baptist Health. The hotel was close, clean and I felt safe. I’ll definitely use it again.

It is a newer property and very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is good; however, the frequently run out of coffee for long periods of time (which is rough when it’s 17 degrees outside).

Only thing that needs addressed is the heating unit. When the fan came on it vibrated and was so loud . So we didnt get much rest otherwise the stay was fine

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. There had a variety of choices. The room was clean and the temperature was just right. The parking lot was well lit. We have stayed at this location several times. It has always been excellent.

It was extremely dirty for a $125 night room. Hair all in the shower all over dispensers and on walls, was very apparent it was neglected and not cleaned. There was even food left over from who stayed the night before in the fridge. Air conditioner made noise all night long, a horrible hum.
We have been staying here for at least 20 yrs when we come to Little Rock for the doctors. NEVER AGAIN! Obviously it was bought by different owners.

Rooms were okay, had a maintenance issue that they resolved quickly.
Free breakfast was very good - omelettes, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, and cereal.

Not a 3 star. Not even 2. Orange carpet along the base of the wall is black and dirty. It is in place of baseboard. This is an old hotel that is more like a motel 6 or super 8 but a step down from those. Corporate needs to visit this place.
