I hated it. Shower curtain mold on it. No pool had to go to other company to get pool. Food was mid. No tv guide fire alarms didnt have any battieres, beds were harder than the floor, garabage cans didnt even have bags in them

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room in the pictures has been remodeled - most of the rooms have NOT. We were given one that was not. The room smelled awful, had a dirty washcloth in the shower, had a bedside lamp that would only turn off by unscrewing the lightbulb, and was only partially vacuumed. Absolutely do not recommend.

The staff were wonderful but, unfortunately, the property is extremely outdated, dirty and falling apart. Our room had broken and empty toiletry dispensers and we were only provided bar soap. When I asked the front desk for toiletries I received only conditioner. The breakfast room was dirty and the kitchen area the food was prepared in looked sketchy. The food was low-average for a hotel breakfast. The outside doors were also unlocked all night which felt unsafe. Wouldn’t stay again.

Dirty, in poor condition, unfriendly staff. We usually give a good amount of latitude, but this was bad. I have pictures of the uncleaned surfaces but don't want to waste the time. Staff was not friendly on the phone and were not helpful in person. Broken handle in the bathroom. Toiletry holders ripped off the wall.

I got charged by you twice for the same time and we only did one room. Now I’m struggling to get dates changed on another trip . I’ve about had it with Expedia!!!!!!

Where to start? At check-in, nobody was around for 15 minutes. When somebody did show, she was rude, not only to me, but everyone else in line. The other staff members also clearly hated people as well as working at this hotel. The included breakfast consisted of runny, oversalted, processed eggs, sausage links, hash browns, and white bread. There was yogurt. Sometimes. Then lets talk about the conditions of the hotel. Run down, dirty, and smelling of mold. The rooms? Well, much the same. Rattling air conditioning, a bathroom that made most gas stations seem well maintained... I could go on and on. This place needs new ownership and modest investment. Badly. Look elsewhere.

The motel was conveniently located, check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. This is an older motel with rooms being renovated. For the price I was very pleased.

The room was filthy. There was garbage in the closet with nasty things like a dirty diaper and another unmentionable. Dirty towels hanging in the closet. Garbage inside the kitchenette cabinet. One cabinet smelled horrible. The smell of cheap air freshener was overwhelming. Made me worry about what I couldn’t see. Didn’t sleep well because I was so disgusted. Had to find somewhere else to stay.

The entire staff was so nice. Elisa was such a huge help the entire stay. Definitely a recommended spot to stay at for a good price!

A little run down , black hair on bed upon arrival and and dirt mat on sheets bathroom door hand loose and hard to close door

The bed had sharp metal objects protruding from the bed frame on a side that gouged my wife's calf when she got into the bed. The shower head was broken and the wand fell down while showering. When we put it back on, the whole shower head pipe pulled out of the wall about 4 inches. Not cool.

Elevator was broken no usb ports in the room

We found notes in our bed between the sheets.from the previous occupants, warning us that the sheets had not been changed and if we found the notes that was a good indicator that we'd be sleeping on their sheets from the night before. There was one small trash can in the whole place. The floor had debris and dirt on it. Then we were offered another room, and we went to that room and the door was unlocked. There was trash between the 2 beds. The mirror was not cleaned, there was no trash can liners, and again the floor had not been swept or vacuumed. We went to the staff a second time and said we wanted a refund and that we were leaving and the staff member acted as if it was not a big deal of our findings. We did give her the notes that we found between our sheets.

Comfortable beds lots of of shopping and restaurants to walk do if need be.

I have stayed here often and have enjoyed the set up of the rooms and the location. This time the lobby, stairway, hallways and rooms all had a funky smell (different for each area). It was overpowering. The carpet was bubbling in our room and the whole place was in general disrepair. I don't know what happened as I have always been happy staying here previously.
