Refrigerator had what looked like candle wax all over the front, but otherwise clean. Deposit was not refunded due to “evidence of smoking”. I do not smoke and this is impossible. Hotel agreed to send photos of evidence and never followed through. It’s unfortunate that this hotel chose $43 over retaining a guest.

Dirty, hair on shower curtain & on the wall, water on the floor, the shampoo and conditioner had already been used. There was this rumble all night like a motor was running to a fan. The staff was nice. The hall smelled like weed! And I only was there 4 hours!

The room was dirty and there was mold on the bed and mattress and I don’t think the window has ever been cleaned. The front desk manager admitted that the hotel knows about the mold and they just painted over it and don’t fix it. Do not stay here we tried to ask for our money back and the guy offered us a 15% discount which would’ve been five dollars off

Absolutely no water pressure for bath/shower. Had to use ice bucket to get water from sink to help fill tub to bathe 2 kids. Shower was like a dripping faucet. We had requested extra towels but none at front desk and they never dropped off. Breakfast had expired milk mixed with waffle mix. Stay bummed us out overall.

THE BATHROOM HAD HAIR IN THE BATHTUB SO IT WAS NOT CLEANED PRIOR TO US GETTING THE ROOM, THE POOL WAS DISGUSTING AND THE HOT TUB WAS FITHY AS WELL. THE FOOD THAT WAS SERVED FOR BREAKFAST WAS OLD AND THE ROOLS WERE MOLDY.

If u like roach motel then I highly recommend it! Whole hotel has a bad smell , dusty . Everything falling apart . We seen a lot of junk people go in and out of the hotel . Scary of u have small children . But u get what u pay for !
