Stay was okay very outdated but functional. Elevators were warm inside. Room was very bare minimum. Bathroom small, no trash can, shampoo/conditioner could barely get any product out. Bathroom door did not close/lock. Bathtub small, shower temperature was good but unable to adjust water pressure from stream to jet. WiFi did NOT work. Internet WiFi would pop up but once “connected” does not stay connected.
Worst of all, first breakfast was very bare. Biscuit with gravy, fake eggs. Waffle maker with bland waffle batter. Did not even eat bread. Cereal was okay probably the only thing that was decent for breakfast.

There was nothing working no pool no hot tub breakfast was even a flop and no protein. Desk clerks are lazy and would not help kitchen staff who was having a terrible time with cleaning up a mess and keeping up I was charged a deposit as well and this was not relayed in my reservation

The room smelled like wet dog due to the ac leaking water onto the carpet. We had no coffee fliter to make coffee. We also saw roaches crawling on the nightstands. The ceiling had mold and looks like they tried to cover it with paint.

Refrigerator had what looked like candle wax all over the front, but otherwise clean. Deposit was not refunded due to “evidence of smoking”. I do not smoke and this is impossible. Hotel agreed to send photos of evidence and never followed through. It’s unfortunate that this hotel chose $43 over retaining a guest.

Dirty, hair on shower curtain & on the wall, water on the floor, the shampoo and conditioner had already been used. There was this rumble all night like a motor was running to a fan. The staff was nice. The hall smelled like weed! And I only was there 4 hours!
