Staff was very friendly. Price is reasonable. The rooms were comfortable.

They have indoor pool amd breakfast.

Friendly staff. Booked hotel for hot tub. Arrived hot tub drained Didmt check in. Booked another hotel.

Unexpected fees at check staff was very slow room was dirty and very humid had a bad smell like something was molded and the hotel room had roaches will never stay here again

Hotel was okay, needs lots of updates

I stayed there before and it was nice. This time they said no pets. My dog is a registered service animal. They told me i could not stay with my registered service animal. When i booked it i even made a note we enjoyed the last time and we was returning to say 1 night with my registered service animal again because we was treated so nice last time. But after we arrived and started checking in the clerk said we couldn't have my registered service animal with her ID and paperwork to show if needed. The said my paperwork was fake. So i pulled her paperwork and service ID up on the website to show them it was real. Then they got very rude and told me I was lying. I explained to them i have worked in hotel management for years and that what they were doing was against the law. My PTSD and Blood pressure started rising as i tried to stay calm. But the would not change their mind even as i was calling to cancel my reservation they tried to charge me double what I was paying plus a $100 deposit fee non-refundable for the room ...That i couldn't check into because of my REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL that was with me! My husband and I left to drive home and 6 hours later almost home. They tried to charge my card on file 2 more times for the 2 nights plus $100 deposit. Thank goodness I have only that card for hotel rooms and keep it locked so no extra charge can be added unless i unlock it to pay for the charge.

Unless you like constant worrying that your vehicle will be broken into all night, pushing through what seems to be druggies hanging out all over the property and bed bug infested couches/beds then this isn’t the hotel for you. If none of that bugs you in the slightest, quite literally. then choose any other place in Oklahoma.

We stay here every time we come to the city and they are the absolute best. The young lady at the front desk is so kind and consistently curious every time we come. Always clean, always quick, good breakfast. And great price!!

Had bed bugs and wet floor service was terrible

Stay was okay very outdated but functional. Elevators were warm inside. Room was very bare minimum. Bathroom small, no trash can, shampoo/conditioner could barely get any product out. Bathroom door did not close/lock. Bathtub small, shower temperature was good but unable to adjust water pressure from stream to jet. WiFi did NOT work. Internet WiFi would pop up but once “connected” does not stay connected. Worst of all, first breakfast was very bare. Biscuit with gravy, fake eggs. Waffle maker with bland waffle batter. Did not even eat bread. Cereal was okay probably the only thing that was decent for breakfast.

There was nothing working no pool no hot tub breakfast was even a flop and no protein. Desk clerks are lazy and would not help kitchen staff who was having a terrible time with cleaning up a mess and keeping up I was charged a deposit as well and this was not relayed in my reservation

There were roaches in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. No options for gluten free at breakfast. A/c in our room was about to fall off underneath the window.

The room smelled like wet dog due to the ac leaking water onto the carpet. We had no coffee fliter to make coffee. We also saw roaches crawling on the nightstands. The ceiling had mold and looks like they tried to cover it with paint.

The sheets had several stains. The hot tub was cold. The pool was cold. No towels by the pool. Breakfast was cold.

Very clean and friendly

Staff was friendly with easy check in. Room needed a few updates as the interior exterior is more up to date than the room overall. Good stay and quiet. Lots of places to eat out down the street.
