Terrible experience. We stayed here to be close to the convention center for my daughter’s cheer competition, but it was a huge disappointment.
When we arrived, the towels were folded nicely, but when I picked them up, they were wet and dirty. I ended up using them to wipe the floors because our socks were getting filthy just walking around. The floors were disgusting, the room was muggy, and it smelled like stinky socks. Definitely not what we expected for the price or the occasion.
The only decent part was the breakfast—it was just okay. The front desk lady was kind and super friendly, which was the only bright spot. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here again.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Very dark room because of the double blinds (love this). The room was small, but we were only there for one night, so it worked for us. Nothing fancy, but does the job. Only cons: The mini-fridge was very loud when it kicked on and the bathroom door could use some WD-40. Would stay again.

Staff very professional. Check in easy. Room comfortable and clean but shower too complicated and finally figured it out but never got hot water, just lukewarm. Breakfast excellent and appreciated hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate station.
