The customer service at this hotel was great. We stayed for a volleyball tournament, and considering every hotel was sold out, the staff went above and beyond to reach out ahead of time for accommodations. They were able to communicate with us without hassle. I was able to check in through an app which made the process so smooth.
The facility was fine, rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Parking was free. Breakfast was good, coffee was good, I couldn't have asked for much more. Would gladly stay here again. Only thing I could have used more of is the USB charging areas, there were none, which made it a bit more difficult to charge all our electronics. But we made it work.

The stay itself was great. The only complaint would have been that the vending machine for pop was not working, but then I received two $25 charges on my card woth no explanation or warnings. Called and they said there was some stain on the linens, was charged because the toilet overflowed.

They were fixing the ceiling in the pool area. I believe some areas were being remodeled as there were white stains through the hallway carpet.

Good, clean stay, bedding stayed on the bed which was a welcome change from the last two hotels we’d stayed in. Breakfast was included but it was disappointing, eggs from a carton.

Went to shower, bathtub plugged. Had to pack up and move to another room and the sink drains like a turtle walking. Both rooms were dirty and both rooms the curtaind are torn

I wanted to review better. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. There was poop stains in the toilet when we went in. Around 12 I called for blankets and pillows for the pull out bed and they finally messaged me around 2 am asking if I needed it. This morning I went to the breakfast and the food was cold. And it just started so I don’t understand.
