Not happy that pool was under construction. Had other options but chose this hotel because of having pool. Stayed here 2 other times and only used the pool ice, one other time pool closed. Not notified pool was closed. No other problems with stay.

This hotel was the best quality for the price that I have been to in a while. If you like wings, Wings Etc is excellent and you can walk to it from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stairwell doors slam loudly, unless a person is respectful and holds the door when closing it, like a human, not barrel through it like an animal. Need to stop staying with the poor.

Even though it was stated that the pool/hot tub was closed for renovation we missed that when booking. AND during our stay the power went out during a very brief storm came through. No power no lights nothing

No hot water in room. The pool was closed and that’s the only reason I booked that specific hotel… the app didn’t say anything about the pool being closed in fact it had it listed as one of the top amenities for the hotel. I have screen shots for proof. Also I got there after paying through hotels.com and was charged another 50$? They said it was a deposit in case something happened to the room. However I was not told that when I booked the room. What if I didn’t have the extra money and I couldn’t have gotten it and then I would have been out the 100$ I spent on the room in the first place. I’m not happy. And I’m not satisfied I will find a different app to use and definitely a different hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating but seemed inexperienced and overworked. Lots of things were not working: pool closed, no second-floor ice, breakfast pancake machine was not working. Breakfast was very basic. Coffee was consistently pretty "sludgy"; either low quality coffee or machine desperately needed cleaned.

Daughter was disappointed the pool was closed. The shower doors would not close all the way. I did not understand why the $50 deposit when I had already paid in full and you had my card info. I hope I do get this returned. The outside needed attention as far as there was weeds and made the hotel look like it was unkempt. But the room and lobby was nice. The breakfast was nice as well.

Rented 2 rooms. Hotel was under construction and that wasn't mentioned when i made my reservation. Satellite was out. We listened to kids run up and down the halls until after 11 p.m. both nights. Breakfast was cold and nasty with very limited options. Would not recommend. Very disappointing.

Two adults and two children stayed during this stay. The pool and whirlpool were a big hit. Clean, provided towels, and frequently checked by hotel staff.
Beds were very comfortable with wonderful pillows. I love that the toiletries were dove brand!
Check in was a breeze. Complimentary breakfast on a Sunday morning included biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, pastries, bagels, and toast. Will stay again.
