Sign at check in says property is currently undergoing renovations. Interior of the building has a smell to it. Deep cleaning should help with that. Room did smell the same as downstairs interior. Outlet cover was missing in bathroom. Did see live cockroach on fridge door seal when I opened fridge to put my sodas in.

Room only had one sheet on the bed. When my son requested a blanket, he was ignored by staff. Staff refused to provide service and was very unfriendly. The room was extremely cold and could not sleep. A blanket could have helped!

A very unfortunate poor experience at this location. Hotel rooms are worn, appliances full of rust, and one of the worst customer service experiences. When we secured the location through the website, it offered cancellation, but at the property they refused. Definitely a no reccomend from our end.
