Good- Friendly staff, bed comfort, location. Not Good- Want to wash your hair? Bring your own shampoo/conditioner, it's not supplied (what hotel does that?). Want to dry that hair? Bring your own hair dryer. Want to blow your nose? Bring your own box of tissues. That lack of basic amenities is almost laughable.

Did not have hot water the first night or next morning. Water pressure was low. Moist children running and jumping on the floor above us. Clean but older. Beds were on the firm side.
