垃圾，有很大异味

There were roaches in the room, outside of the refrigerator was filthy, there were men walking up and down the hallway. Looked more like a shelter than a hotel. My mother and I didn’t even stay in the room for 30 minutes. I booked at another hotel from my phone and left WoodSpring Suites Spartanburg-Duncan.

Not sure where to start… it was by far the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I have photos. The bathtub had dirt and hair at the bottom and along the sides. There was black mold growing on the handicap shower seat. While using the sink something fell out of the bottom of it… some kind of bidet attachment that was hidden back there and sent water spilling onto the floor. The floor everywhere was sticky and when we would wipe anything off the paper towel would come back dirty from wiping up clean water. There were black hairs under the covers at the bottom of the bed. I booked through Expedia which showed a $10 pet fee and $50 pet deposit. Deposit to me means you get the money back. Nope! It’s non-refundable. While checking in, the Internet went out and the desk clerk had to leave for ten minutes before he could finish checking us in. Super nice guy but we will never stay there again. My clothes all came back smelling like smoke in a non-smoking room.

Was driving home so it was a quick overnight. I have a dog and it was obvious that everyone else did too. I was thankful for a comfy bed.

It’s a peaceful place, the bedroom sheets may need to be a little warmer and the room a little more clean

The pictures are absolutely deceiving. The Hotel area is extremely sketchy aswell as the inside. I felt unsafe after my first night and refunded the remainder of my stay. House Rules also state thatxyou may not deny room service at all. Overall do not recommend staying here.

It was quiet and relaxing

Lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. Worried about ordering her food than taking care of the guest. Beds aren’t what are pictured very small.

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff

This should not be listed as a " Hotel" but a " Hostel". No towels, no microwave( mine was hinilated. Have to remove your own garbage and put in dumpster out back. Room needing a deep clean. Walls had marks and filth. Had to ask for a blanket. Room was 60° when I came in. Good side. Bed clean and comfortable. People live here long term. Again, not a hotel!

Was not made aware that the check in receptionist left at 11:00. We made it in at 11:15. Had to wait 20 mins for her the come back. Lady that showed up seemed very annoyed and was dressed in pajamas. Had to wait an additional 10 mins for her to find a way into the office. The room was another issues. The floor in the bathroom has a large dip like it is fixing to fall through. There was a pack of raw chicken in the freeze that looked like it had leaked and froze again.

Cheaply furnished. Staff not attentive. Kitchen shown in photos but no cooking items or serving items provided. Only one towel and no soap in room or kitchen.

I didnt realize(my own fault) that this was a long term stay, upon arrive i had to door dash cleaning supplies as the bathroom mirror and sink was not clean so i couldnt trust the tub or toilet. I also had to clean the grease off the front of the microwave. The residents leave the outside doors propped open for anyone to walk in. If you looking for a cheap stay this is it. If you want it to be clean and safe this is not it. The staff was great and the bed were clean but as i said not quite what i would like. You get what you pay for.
