For my job I am on the road 300 days out of the year and stay at mostly mainline chains: Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc. I like to come up to Lincoln with my son to mountain bike a few days at a time and the rates at the chain hotels are high lately. This location exceeding our expectations. The grounds are beautiful with a large pond and it is well cared after. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable for us. The free breakfast in the am is an added bonus. Thanks for the great stay.

We loved the community. Great for our family. Volleyball, playground, swimming, corn hole, game room. We checked in at 3 and never ran out of things to do. There were other kids which my kids loved. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. I hope we can return.

We stayed for 4 nights and everyday we saw the staff working on the property from morning thru night. The property was very clean. Our room was a great size however the in room Jacuzzi should come with a manual. we did figure it out in the end. We opted for daily housekeeping and were not disappointed. Would love the continental breakfast to have bacon at least one time during the week and perhaps some boiled eggs. The staff were very friendly. The Restaurant attached was good also Taco Tuesday with music was a big hit. Try the tequila shrimp appetizer it was excellent and done perfectly. We have been going to Woodwards since 1993 and we love the new changes. Keep up the great work. We will be back. Thank you for the memories

Hotel was nice. Room was clean and roomy. Bed wasn’t too comfortable, but it was ok for the few nights we stayed. Grandkids loved the indoor and outdoor pool and play area. Breakfast was good and the attached restaurant was an added plus. Food and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great stay. Very nice place.

Woodwards is the place you want to stay if you want that old school resort feeling in the mountains! Great views and amenities. Had two swimming pools and a great game room. We had a pet and our room was centrally located and very clean. Breakfast was free and had good variety. All the staff was very friendly. Even when we had an emergency and had to leave a day early they refunded us the last night. Thank you for a great visit that reminded me.of.my childhood❤️

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The grounds are pretty with the pond, playground, tennis courts. My daughter enjoyed the pool (we swam in the indoor one because it was pretty cold for June and the outdoor pool isn't heated) THe game room was also a hit.
Everyone who worked there was really friendly. I wish there was a detailed list available of all of the amenties as we found out through other guests that there were tennis rackets and basketballs to borrow - and as we were checking out one of the staff stopped my daughter and asked if she had fed the fish in the pond - They were kind enough to give her a huge cup of fish food! It would be great to know when checking in all that is available.
Breakfast wasn't amazing but had lots of options and did the job of feeding us. The coffee needs work. Overall good stay - we would stay here again

The staff is very friendly and eager to help. I was offered an upgraded room which turned out to have a few problems that I would prefer to keep with management. I left them a letter. Breakfast was great and very clean. Staff wonderful.

Beautiful place all around. We stayed in a ground floor unit. The room looked clean but had an odd smell. The bathroom toilet had urine stains on seat and in bowl. The shower walls were not properly cleaned and had products not rinsed off and there were several sewer flies buzzing around that I killed. The ice bucket was visibly dirty. They may want to retrain their staff. Please note I am a former chamber maid.
