Wyndham Fort Smith City Center

Sadly there was a conference of teenagers there. They ran amuck over the place well past 11pm. The hotel seemed lost on how to deal with them. The staff was very friendly and kind however.

I did not like the toilet paper holder being behind the toilet. I am short and could not reach it. Ended up putting the toilet paper on the shelf under the vanity. My room did not have towel rack either in the bathroom nor shower. Very inconvenient. Bed was great. Staff was very nice.

The bathroom smelled like urine . I think they need to put water down the drain to cover the p trap .

The beds were amazing and the hotel was very clean. I wish we would have had a refrigerator in our room but that would have been the only thing. Would definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that the parking garage was right across the street. It was disappointing that the pool was not open due to maintenance and it would be gret if the rooms had a mini fridge especially since they dont have a free breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. We like this location of town, so we like to stay here for that reason. Pool wasn't working, so call ahead if a functioning pool is what you are hoping for.

Beds were comfortable. It was very clean. They need to work on the common space lighting and green space. Poor fung shui.

Please do not stay there and risk your health! The hotel is super moldy and the employees/owner know it. They try to make everything else look super good and clean to make up for it but are having problems with their windows causing mold. We were stuck in a snowstorm and just barely made it there because it seemed like one of the better options in the area. We discovered our entire rooms wall was covered in mold. Talked to the front desk and they tried to move us but the other rooms we looked at were worse. We just decided to stick it out for the night and hoped we'd be able to get to somewhere else in the morning once the snow stopped. We all got mold toxicity and my 1yr old especially. He had diarrhea all the next day, and my other kiddo and husband had a bunch of symptoms too. I woke up at about 3am and felt like I couldnt breathe in the room anymore the mold was so bad. I ended up sitting in the lobby the rest of the night and didn't get to sleep. We were able to find a local B&B down the street to make it to and stay in till the snow melted a bit more and we could travel. Had to wash EVERYTHING because it all smelled of mold from staying at the hotel. An elevator, the pool, and a couple other things were all broken too. Kinda bummed about that too since that's partially why we tried to make it to that hotel and not another in the area during the snowstorm.

Facility was clean but most furniture is considered old and needs updated. Breakfast was not included in price and price for breakfast was way too high priced compared to other restaurants in the area. Staff checking us in was very nice.

The staff was wonderful.

Friendly staff… out of more than half of the dining menu… not a lot of dining options in the area.
