The staff was amazing and helpful. We loved laying by the smaller pool, it wasn't full of loud kids. The beach had soft sand to walk on and we got to see dolphins playing one day. Everything we ate from the hotel and surrounding food was amazing! The only thing we were disappointed with was the daily parking fee. We were unaware and it said the price included all fees, taxes and everything., When we paid, they added an additional fee. We rented a car to avoid ubering to destin constantly to eat. Then, paid $40 to park in the regular parking lot of the hotel where we paid over $1,000 to stay! We absolutely loved the hotel, I enjoyed a few minutes of skeeball for a break away from pooling, beaching and eating. We had Manatee at the tiki tables next to the pool, visited on our balcony and had burcettis pizza on our kitchenette table in front of the sliding door watching the rain storm. We loved having two tvs and the beds were very comfortable. We did have two sigle beds which wasnt ideal and not what I paid for/ ordered. We snuggled during tv then went on sepearate beds to sleep. Overall a great experience.

Usually I would leave a great review for this hotel as I’ve stayed here many times before and had great experiences. Just like week actually. Anyways. Check-in was smooth. It was a little busy on a Thursday around 3:30 but 4 people were checking in guests so it went by quickly.
I paid for a gulf view room with a balcony. The view was not it. All we seen was the sand wall and stone wall between the beach and hotel, could barely see the ocean on level 2 building B, room 210. And that’s our whole point of a balcony.
Speaking of the balcony, the door to the balcony would not lock and we were 2 females alone. The balcony was easily accessible from the level we were on. The balcony doors inside had a curtain that only covered a small side on each side of the very large glass windows/sliding door. There was no sheer curtain or a curtain to close for privacy as 2 females alone. We had to keep the lights off in our room at night because we noticed other guests looking into our room from the boardwalk to the beach.
Our room keys stopped working 2 times. We went out for breakfast one morning and returned 2 hours later to be locked out of our rooms. This was a Saturday. We had to walk over to the front lobby and wait in a long line. They had 1 person assisting a line of people checking and checking out. Then a girl finally came to assist and when I brought to her attention the room condition she kind of brushed it off and acted like I said nothing. I’m telling her that being locked

Good hotel, the place is quiet and has a nearby food court. The only bad thing we had was that the balcony door was too hard to open and close.

View was perfect. Site was clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was the air conditioning, it was cold but there was so much humidity and moisture in the room at all times and often the floor would be wet.

This is our second time staying here. I loved the upgrades to the rooms. There were small things that could have been fixed like the hardware on our faucet was loose. It also took forever to get more towels, like the next day. No iron was available which I thought was weird. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The amenities are great and I loved being able to walk directly onto the beach. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The room was so run down, the doors were so hard to close and it needs lots of upgrades. The lobby, restaurant and pools were good, but the room was gross. The only thing that was nice was the view. When we Che led in, we got up to our room and the door was wide open, making it a bit scary being it was myself and young daughter staying there. Both doors to the room and balcony were so hard to close and the door in the bathroom would not open all of the way due to it rubbing against the floor. After Taking a shower, the faucet dripped the remainder of the night into the next morning. The walls were filthy as well. I would not spend $50 to stay here again.

Pro's, beach front, friendly staff, plenty of parking.
Con's, $10 a night to park in their own lot.
Old hotel, needs improvements, doors hard to open and close due to being loose and multiple layers of paint. No weather stripping around doors, gap.
Fire alarm activated, buildi gs evacuated, no words from management or staff as to why.
Way overpriced for the condition its in.

I was double charged at the front desk - what should have only been roughly $900 ended up being almost $2000. It left me pretty short the two days I was there. They did try to make it right but at the point the damage was done and I had to be very tight on my trip when that wasn't the plan. Breakers kept on tripping, air conditioner kept turning off, and water was leaking from the ac unit. It was a very pretty room, we stayed in the penthouse. The tiki bar had very good hamburgers.

Cody checked me in, and unfortunately, his attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. On a positive note, the housekeeping and maintenance staff were exceptional—courteous, efficient, and friendly. They would be a much better fit for the front desk. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and in need of improvement.
