This was our first time staying at this property and we had a great time it's been 10 years since we've been to fort Walton Beach and everything is still the same the front desk guys were awesome and the checkout girl Morgan was great everything is within walking distance and a 5-minute ride up the road if you want to go to Destin I highly recommend this place

Bench front great pools and not to crowded only complaint is the elevators are slow and it’s hot no ac in building just in the rooms!

Upon arrival, there was a long line and slow staff, but we were patient and didn’t complain.
Once we arrived to the room (119, tower D) it was bad! The room itself is very outdated and damaged. There was a lot of small flies (not house flies, a smaller type) all over the room and smears of it on the walls. The bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and everything was so old.
It was disappointing as we have stayed in this hotel multiple times, almost every year and it has never been like this. We have never had a lower level room, but I don’t think that should be a difference.
Wifi signal and cell service was bad as well, I’m assuming because we were so low on the building. Luckily we were just staying one night as it was a quick last minute stop on our way back home. I did inform the staff at check out and all they said was “I’m sorry”.
Unfortunately I don’t believe we will be staying there again, which truly is a bummer.

It was a very difficult check in due to the young lady at the desk. She was exceptionally rude to me. After we came back the man who helped us was wonderfully polite and respectful. Got us in in no time. Our stay was fantastic!!!

The pictures make you think you’re staying at a 5 star resort but in reality it’s maybe a 3 star hotel. Kinda dated, limited options although website makes you think it’s grandeur.

Absolutely horrendous! I was charged by this property and they didn’t have my room or reservation when I checked in. They also won’t refund my money. I feel ripped off! They took over $307 from me for nothing. I had to book another hotel for the nights and still had to pay for this room.

Average overall. Over priced, Carged $10 per day to park in there parking lot which is ridiculous for there paying tenants. Beaches were excellent. Non Smoking. But around the pool area at night was nothing but stinking Marijuana smell, which the Black Crowd as usual. Also on the beach Smell Weed there's your Blacks, Loud and out of line, Imagine that. If the Resort would control that it would be better than average.

Clean, friendly staff and excellent service. Great on-site food choices at reasonable prices and easy access to hotel and beach. Pools on site were great as well. I will definitely stay here again!
